Welcome to Serman Rent. By accessing and using our website (serman.rent), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Serman Rent provides luxury and exotic vehicle rental services. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, valid identification, and a valid driver’s license.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to confirmation and availability
  • A valid credit card and government-issued ID are required at pickup
  • Drivers must meet minimum age requirements (typically 25 years)
  • Additional drivers must be registered and approved

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes and fees
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or pickup as specified
  • Security deposits may be required and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the vehicle

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours or no-shows: full charge

5. Vehicle Use

Renters agree to:

  • Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
  • Not sublease or transfer the vehicle to unauthorized drivers
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received
  • Not exceed speed limits or drive recklessly
  • Not use the vehicle for racing or competition
  • Maintain adequate fuel levels

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals. Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including deductible amounts. Additional coverage options are available.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Serman Rent and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Serman Rent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Serman Rent operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
